Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Station 1's construction intelligence platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

Use of Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your business purposes. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Station 1 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

AI-Generated Content

Station 1 uses artificial intelligence to analyze field reports, extract insights, and generate summaries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are:

Billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
Non-refundable except as required by law
Subject to change with 30 days' notice

Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. Station 1 is not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

Intellectual Property

Station 1 and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, technology, content, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATION 1 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
