What counts as a project “reported on”?
A project is billed for the month the first time a report comes in for it — a call or a text from the field. Setting a project up doesn’t bill it.
Is there a minimum?
No. You pay $99 for each project reported on that month, whether that’s one project or forty.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes, you add one at the end of setup. Nothing is charged during your first 30 days.
What happens after the 30 days?
Billing starts on its own. Your first billed month starts on day 31. You're billed when it ends, around day 60, for the projects reported on in it. Reports during the trial are never billed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings in the app. There’s no annual contract.
