Questions, answered

What Station 1 does, how supers actually use it, and how it fits the systems you already run.

The basics

What is Station 1?

Station 1 turns the conversations superintendents are already having into complete daily logs. Supers call or text throughout the day, or on the drive home, and Station 1 files the log into Procore or Autodesk and sends role-based briefs to everyone who needs them.

Do superintendents need to download an app?

No. Station 1 works over an ordinary phone call or text message. There is no app to install, no laptop and no form to type into.

How much training does the field crew need?

None. There is nothing to learn beyond answering a text or a phone call. If a super can text, they can use Station 1.

How do we get started?

Sign up at station1.app/register with your Procore or Autodesk login. Setup walks you through installing Station 1, importing your projects and people, and getting your reporting number, and your first 30 days are free. Prefer a walkthrough first? Request a demo and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

How it works

When do superintendents call in?

Whenever suits them: throughout the day as things happen, or in one call on the drive home. Capturing things as they happen produces a fuller log than trying to recall a whole day at six in the evening.

What if a super would rather text than talk?

Either works. Station 1 asks simple questions by text, by voice or through an on-site kiosk, and the super answers whichever way they prefer.

What does Station 1 capture in a daily log?

Who was on site and for how long (company, worker counts and hours), plus the work performed and anything that went wrong: delays and their causes, material issues, crew feedback and safety observations.

What is a brief, and who gets one?

A brief is a short summary of what is happening across projects, filtered to one role. Project managers get the flags, delays and decisions that need their attention; leadership gets company-wide visibility. Briefs arrive by email, text or podcast.

Fit with your stack

Does Station 1 work with Procore?

Yes. Completed field reports auto-populate your Procore daily logs with the detail a form usually misses: delay causes, material issues, crew feedback and safety observations. Nothing is copied across by hand.

Does Station 1 work with Autodesk?

Yes. Station 1 files each day’s log to your Autodesk project as a PDF, in a Station 1 folder, carrying the same detail as the Procore integration with no duplicate data entry. Structured Daily Log entries are coming soon.

Does Station 1 replace Procore or Autodesk?

No, it feeds them. Your team keeps working in the systems it already relies on. Station 1 improves the quality of what lands there.

How is this different from the daily log tool we already have?

Station 1 feeds the daily log tool you already have. Because supers talk through their day, the log picks up the why behind what happened, like what caused a delay. Station 1 also makes it searchable across every project and routes what matters to the people who need to act on it.
