Daily logs by call or text, filed to your Autodesk project.
Superintendents report their day by phone call, text, or photo. Station 1 writes the daily log and files it to your Autodesk project as a PDF. Project managers and leadership get a daily brief built around the projects they care about.
What moves between Station 1 and Autodesk
Reads from Autodesk
- Projects
- Project members
- Project companies
Read when you connect, so Station 1 can tell who’s calling and match the subs they mention to your directory. Refreshed every night, or any time an admin refreshes it.
Writes to Autodesk
- The day’s daily log as a PDF, filed to a Station 1 folder under Project Files
- A new version of that PDF when a report is updated, so the file history shows every change
Station 1 only adds files to its own Station 1 folder, and only removes a log it filed there. It never changes or deletes anything else in your Autodesk project.
Entries written straight into the Autodesk Daily Log, section by section, instead of a PDF.
Autodesk keeps the record. The brief tells your team what happened.
The same calls and texts that fill your Autodesk project also become a daily brief for PMs and leadership, as audio and email.
Built for each reader
Leadership gets every job at a glance. PMs get full detail on theirs. Each person picks the projects and the time it arrives.
What needs attention, first
Safety comes first, then anything threatening the schedule. The rest of the day follows, project by project.
Listen or read
One tap in the email plays the whole brief out loud. The full text and a PDF are there too, plus a text with a link if you want one.
Get set up
Sign up at station1.app with your Autodesk login.
Your first 30 days are free, no card required.
Add Station 1 as a custom integration.
An Autodesk admin does this with the Client ID we give you during sign-up. Sign-up walks you through it, and it takes about a minute.
Station 1 imports your projects.
Each project’s members and companies come across automatically.
Your supers are already set up.
They’re imported from Autodesk with each project, so there’s no one to add. Station 1 recognizes a super by the mobile number on their Autodesk profile; just make sure it’s a US number.
Supers call or text Station 1 from the jobsite.
The day’s log shows up in the project’s Station 1 folder as a PDF.
What you need
How we handle your data
Station 1 stores only what it needs to understand a report: names, IDs, and which projects people are on in Autodesk. Field reports are processed by our AI service providers under the terms in our privacy policy. Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
